This report from Grow Waitaha ‘From tokenistic to authentic inclusion‘ outlines ways that school boards can be more inclusive in their approach to inclusion, and move away from tokenistic approaches. 

It is intended to support school boards and senior leaders to assess their systems and processes, and to ensure they authentically include diverse communities.
